A monetary deposit must be paid to Artist and/or Tattoo Studio in order to be scheduled a date for your tattoo session. All monetary deposit payments made to Artist and/or Tattoo Studio are nonrefundable. All monetary deposit payments will be applied to the total cost of your tattoo project. This deposit solely belongs to the name stated on this form and is for the specified tattoo. Take note, the deposit expires 6 months after the deposit is submitted. All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
There is a 1 cancellation maximum for each appointment date and time. Deposits includes illustration, a date and time for tattoo appointment and illustration review with 2 re-design options; before final render and final qoute. A Video Consultation is recommended.
